Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work closely with development teams in a continuous delivery environment
• Create test design, test specifications test cases and test scripts for applications using test automation frameworks like Robot Framework, Cypress, Cucumber, etc
• Execute/debug software through systematic test plans and automated scripts
• Implement new techniques and bring innovative ideas to reduce the test execution time and improve test quality
• Create simple, scalable and best quality automation test cases to verify and validate software quality
• Execute projects in an Agile/Waterfall model
• Adhere to organization/project process standards and guidelines
• Handle customer interactions
• Showcase ability to play different Agile roles and manage small teams
• Be versatile in learning the technical and soft skills required to face new challenges in IoT & Industry 4.0 projects

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualification BE/BTech [Computer Science or Electronics & Communication Engineering]
• Experience in automation testing, and test automation frameworks like Robot Framework, Cypress, Cucumber, etc
• Hands-on experience in python language
• Hands-on experience in Kubernetes/Docker containerized deployment and BDD
• Good understanding of storage, networking and virtualization
• Good understanding of HTTP/Rest APIs
• Exposure to testing methodologies, standards and processes
• Experience in build automation and continuous integration tools like Jenkins
• Experience in Git, Gerrit and Jira
