JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Responsible for planning, Scheduling, Coordination & monitoring execution of all Electrical (LV) works at site.

2. Installation, testing & commissioning of Electrical Works (LV) includes HT panel, Underground HT/LT Cable, Cable tray/raceways & Conduiting, MLTP, Transformer dry/Oil type, MLTP, DB, Light fixture, receptacle, Emergency light, power/control cable/wiring & complete Earthing system along with judgment of acceptance as per IS/NBC & approved documents etc.

3. Co-ordinate with the sub-contractor for shop drawing as per schedule for execution of work & make sure for shop drawing approval internally.

4. To co-ordinate with Electrical Contractor for Necessary Typical Mock up Sample & for prior Installations, Electrification, Execution, Erection & Commissioning and QC chart & check list (Material, Installation & testing commissioning).

5. Ensure method statement with risk analysis approved through safety for implementation at site etc.

6. Site Coordination between MEPF & civil activity as per approved drawing

7. Coordination for system integration as per MEPF controlling approved logic/schematic of HV, LV & BMS system.

8. Monitor work progress and quality of work as per approved specifications.

9. Chase with subcontractor for daily progress report & maintain Daily progress photograph of all ongoing activity to be maintain in server

10. QC check record shall be maintained along with the Photo record of verified Inspection with subcontractor, such record shall be personally inspected for Material, Installation and T&C inspections for various activities on day to day basis at site, and assure that executed works done as per quality & sequence followed at site. Such record shall be updated in server efficiently.

11. Inspection record shall be maintained with hard & Scanned copies, same shall be kept on server record. As built inspection record shall be jointly recorded in drawings.

12. Chasing the Snag points to close out with sub-contractor within timeframe & closure record shall be maintained.

13. Review of method statement of subcontractors for safe working at site with quality.

14. Standard Operating procedure shall be prepared & implemented for activities to be controlled for LV works.

15. Site Observation Report (SOR), Non-conformance (NCR) preparation & timely issue to subcontractor to avoid reoccurrence & closure.

16. Report on quality trouble & resolution.

17. Chase with sub-contractor for snag points closer indicated by Management/QC/third party inspection company.

18. Ensure that the works are undertaken in a safe manner utilizing a project specific safety plan and adopt safe working culture with help of safety person at site.

19. Attend daily Site Meeting for work plan & target and Quality Control as and when required.

20. Oversee installation, operation to ensure that equipment is installed and functioning according to specifications.

21. Resolve the Site related issues and report to immediate Manager if any deviation or technical or some other issues related to coordinate with the Mechanical/Civil/PEB & other contractors for smooth clear working space without hampering the others work.

22. Update daily/weekly & Monthly reports and provide input to reporting manager.

23. Daily conduct and maintain the tools box meeting & indicates the quality error to subcontractor, not to repeat in works during execution and checking the Height work Permit (above 2m)

24. Ensuring proper protection system for all electrical installation.

25. Review Client s Inspectors deliverables, analyze and resolve issues and prob lems emerging during the Quality Control activities. Ensure that all inspection and tests witnessed by clients.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

1. Diploma in Electrical /B. Tech in Electrical.

2. Candidate with Diploma 7 to 10 years and B. Tech with 5 to 7 yrs. experience in reputed Construction Company purely in Execution & testing commissioning of Electrical works, as well as the ability to take responsibility for MEPF works coordination. (Having Japanese company experience is an added advantage.) Candidate should have a positive attitude, should be Goal oriented.

3. Disciplined and punctual, Adaptable/decisive and effective learner.

4. Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential

5. Effective Team Management skills.

6. Computer literate & good communication skill in English.
