Position Instrumentation Engineering

Educational Qualification:

B.tech in Instrumentation Engineering from recognized Technical Board/ Institute with not less than 50% marks

Job description

Exposure in various field equipment's like all type of flow meters, valves, level transmitters, load cell systems, networking and communication, panel wiring, troubleshooting with the help of drawings & instrument manuals etc.

Good exposure in Maintenance and Repair of instruments based on PLC & SCADA system, SQL and network communication.

Sound Knowledge of various sensor used for temperature, pressure, position control, read switches, photo sensor, etc.

Experience in load cell, pressure transmitter - Calibration, replacement and trouble shooting, etc.

Sound Knowledge of I/O Control Wiring and Circuit and drawing reading.

Should have exposure in project Erection, Commissioning, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ etc related Instrumentation activities.

Should have experience in ASRS PLC programming, VFD configuration, validation of systems, servo drive, AC-DC drives of different make, PM, BM activities in machines, SOV, TT, PT, LS, troubleshooting of all instrument as mentioned etc .

Electrical Utility maintenance is preferable for candidate.

Sound knowledge of Budget preparation, inventory management, manpower management, SOP documentation, Audit and Liaison with Govt.

Ensure proper documentation and record keeping in line with GMP & FSSAI requirements.

Work under general supervision, performing routine and regular tasks as per manufacturing processes and associated documents.

Perform manual/electronic data entry requirements at each operation.

Undergo training in required processes.

Demonstrate tasks when certified to uncertified operators and check their work.

Compliance with Companys Health & Safety policy and procedures.

Flexible to transfer to any other duties considered necessary to meet the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Erection, Installation and commissioning Of Instrument Systems.

Checking of Instrument Installation as Per P & I Drawing

Calibration of instruments, Like PT, FT, TT, DPT, Control Valves etc. Commissioning and Erection Experience in Pharma plants, Utilities plants, boiler systems.

Hands on Experience Loop Checking and Functional Testing of All Instruments

Line Up and Error Correction the Actuators, Control Valves and Field Instruments

Commissioning assistance of SWAS Panel, SCADA system

Servicing and Calibration of Pneumatic and Electronics Positioned and Control Valves

Experience in Instruments Handle Like, Temp Transmitter, Temp Sensors (RTD, Thermocouple, Ni-1000), Pressure Transmitter, Pressure Gauge, Pressure Sensor, Diff. Pressure Transmitter, VFD, Temp. Controller, Level Switch, Level Transmitter, Flow Meter, control valve, i/p Etc.

Analyzing Data and Producing Reports Based on Them. Experience in the areas of

SCADA and HMI Pages, PLC, HMI, DRIVE.

Installation, Testing and Calibration of Different Types Transmitter and Instrument use for measurement of flow, level, pressure and temperature.

Checking of P&ID, IO List, Cable schedule list, panel wiring, junction box and loop diagram in Auto CAD Software.

Instrument Loop Testing, Cable lying and Termination as well as commissioning of system.

Fault finding and troubleshooting of instrument and pneumatic system.

Configuration of different Communication Protocol like Control Net, Device Net Ethernet, Modbus, Profibus, CAN and OPC.

Knowledge of instrument index and hookup diagram.

Knowledge of ABB makes Procontrol P13 DCS System and Yokogawa CS-3000DCS.

Knowledge of Industry standard IEC, CE Mark, NEME and Hazardous Area Classification.

Experience in Fiber optic cable and its connection.
