Job Summary

Greeting customers immediately when they enter store.

Shows urgency in providing service to customers and satisfying their needs friendly and high customers service oriented eye test.

Ability to perform sales in selling optical frames and lenses

Supervise, manage, motivate and develop staff in the outlet according to company policies

Effective communication with all retail associates to ensure seamless customer experience

Inventory management, Managing error free Stock Audit activity and to maintain zero discrepancies.

Commitment to Customer Satisfaction

Manage and supervise selling and customer service activities and staff competence in the outlet, so as to optimize and sustain sales performance, profitability and customer satisfaction.

Minimum qualification requirement
  • Required - 5 Years skill with 1+ years experience
  • Required - Bachelor's or higher education

    Required - Located in TRICHY

    Required - Good command over ENGLISH
