Job Summary

As our Fraud Analyst - Product Operations, you will analyze user accounts and transactions to identify and prevent any fraudulent activities in our games. You will be constantly learning and implementing the latest industry technologies, tools and processes to monitor suspicious activities and fraud trends, and make reports to help enhance our risk management. You will resolve customer issues within the scope of existing service level agreements in a timely way to ensure our customers have a great experience.

Responsibilities

  • Determine fraud trends by analyzing accounts, transactions and foul play patterns.
  • Make reports on suspicious activity and risk management.
  • Independently resolve problems that require in-depth case investigation.
  • Identify system improvements to prevent fraudulent/money laundering activities.
  • Develop measures for identifying and monitoring key risk indicators.
  • Monitor fraud trends and automated modules to proactively take a call on the strategy and reduce genuine customer impact.
  • Collaborate with the Strategy Manager and Data Science and Risk Management teams to provide feedback on the observed fraud patterns.
  • Resolve customer issues within the scope of existing service level agreements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in the field.
  • Bachelor s degree in any field.
  • Excellent numerical/analytical skills.
  • Ability to persuade by presenting details and facts.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload.
  • Excellent computer skills and high proficiency in Office Automation tools like MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Ability to work with and in cross-functional teams across locations.
  • Good at developing innovative ways to solve complex problems within particular constraints.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Advanced communication skills, including written and oral communication skills, and persuasiveness.
