Job Summary:
We are looking for a Tech Lead to join our high-performance team for building and expanding the business. The ideal candidate will provide guidance on best practices throughout the entire project, from design to deployment, and be able to perform regular code and design reviews.
An ideal candidate should be an all-rounder with working knowledge of Node, Angular, Devops and Mobile Development.
Skills Required:
Good understanding of data structures and algorithms.Must have working experience on NodeJS and different related packages.Strong working knowledge on JavaScript and ES6.Must have integrated third-party services.Working experience with MySQL, Mongo, Redis & ElasticSearch.A sound understanding of HTTP/2 and REST-style web servicesExperience in building and supporting high-performance applicationsOptimize application for security and scalabilityDevelop and write APIs, documentations and visualize usageA sound understanding of Kubernetes and Docker, dockerize any NodeJS app and understands CI/CD pipelines.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop detailed technical architectures for green field solutions across a range of industries. This technical architecture and associated documentations should be consumable and well-understood by the development team.Rapidly translate product requirements to application/software level architecture and elegantly detailed designs.Explore design implications and works toward appropriate balance between functionality, performance, and maintainability.Reliably create clean designs that can massively scale and support multiple services and clients.Create detailed enterprise-class mobile architecture design covering technical architecture from mobile to enterprise and cloud system integrations.Design and document API level specifications and Data ModelsOptimize mobile solutions for security, performance and application scalability.Technically collaborates with stakeholders to ensure the team's technical capability and efficiency.Working with a cross discipline team of User Experience, Visual Design, Project Management, Development, and Testing.

Working Conditions:
The normal working hours for any employee at Jungle Works / Click Labs are between 09.00 AM to 6.00 PM between Monday to Friday.However, depending upon the project and client requirements, flexible timings/WFH can be availed on approval from assigned Managers.If a candidate wants to avail indefinite period WFH option, they can request for the same at time of joining.In case of urgent project requirements, any employee of Click Labs might have to work for extended hours and weekends too.
Compensation:
The CTC will range between 16.0 LPA to 22.0 LPA.
The final compensation offered will be decided upon factors such as last/current withdrawn salary, industry experience, internal salary slabs, and industry salary surveys.
