Job Location: Panchkula, Haryana / Remote Work


Job Summary:

We are looking for a meticulous and enthusiastic Quality Assurance Engineer with a passion for quality and an eye to catch bugs using different automation tools available. We are looking for someone who has the will and passion to make consumer experience smooth and glitch-free with their analytical approach to issues

.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Automation testing of applications.
  • Review requirements, specifications, user documentation, help files, and other project documentation to assure the quality of the products and tests to be developed.
  • Identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner.
  • Defect tracking and closure.
  • Writing test plan, test cases and preparing test logs and test reports. .
  • Executing test scripts and reviewing results
  • Reporting and documenting technical issues
  • Evaluate product code according to specifications
  • Help troubleshoot issues
  • Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development life-cycle


    • Good to Have:

  • Proven experience of at least 2 years as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
  • Experience working on Selenium, Jira, Appium etc...
  • Experience in project management and QA methodology
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
  • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
  • Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. qTest, Zephyr) and SQL
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
  • ISTQB certification is a bonus.


    • Qualifications:

  • No Criteria on academic qualifications
  • Freshers can also applyfor internship roles
  • No special certifications required


    • Working Conditions:

  • The normal working hours for any employee at Jungle Works / Click Labs are between 09.00 AM to 6.00 PM, Monday to Friday.
  • However, depending upon the project and client requirements, flexible timings/WFH can be availed on approval from assigned Managers.
  • If a candidate wants to avail indefinite period WFH option, they can request for the same at the time of joining.
  • In case of urgent project requirements, any employee of Click Labs might have to work for extended hours and weekends too.


    • Compensation:

    No bar for ideal candidates. The final compensation offered will be decided upon factors such as last/currently withdrawn salary, industry experience, internal salary slabs, and industry salary surveys.
