• To ensure that industrial machinery and equipment runs smoothly and reliably.
• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance and responding to breakdowns
• Diagnosing faults and repairing equipment
• Responsible for establishing and improving Maintenance Methodology.
• Responsible for maintaining high degree of quality in all operations.
• Obtaining specialist components, fixtures or fittings
• Ensuringthatpropercorrectiveandpreventiveactionstakenforpotentialnon-conformities.
• Preparations and implementations of actions to avoid/reduce breakdowns.
• InventorycontrolandCostmanagement.
• Mobilizingnecessaryresourceneededforactivities.
• Coordinationwithallinterfacingdepartmentsforsmoothandeffectiveexecutionofvariousactivities&improveinternalcustomer satisfaction.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards the interested parties at all times.
• Responsibilityofadministrationandcontrolofallmaintenancefunctionsin Plant.
• Effectivedeploymentofworkforce,theirdevelopmentandtraining.
