• Lead and drive the technical solutions.
• Resolving technical problems as they arise
• Provide supervision and guidance to developmentteams.
• Informing different stakeholdersabout any problem with current technical solutions and suggesting new ways.
• Suggesting business impact with certain solutions.
• Hands-on coder in RoR
• Ability to handlehighly scalable systems
• Effective communication skills
• Strong thought leadership.

Qualifications

• B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
