Skills (Must have):

• 10+ years of experience in Project Management with responsibilities covering overall project management - Drive agile adoption and run projects in an agile way following all the scrum ceremonies.
• Oversee technical aspects of the project esp. on solutioning/approach and highlights risks/issues if any.
• Ability to prepare comprehensive status reports, perform management reviews (periodic status reports, management presentations as needed)
• Strong knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
• Maintain project risks and issues, provide visibility to risks to senior management based on risk score - Good at risk/impact Analysis

Skills (Good to have):

• Experience in preparing detailed project plans, testing plans among others
• Prior Banking and Financial services experience
• 5+ years of prior Development (GO or Java) or QA Automation experience (API/Mobile Automation)
• Documentation skills technical/design/workflow related presentations
• Prior experience in People Management

Qualification:

• Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
