What we are looking for:

This position requires specialized skills developed through job-related training and considerable on-the job experience. The role is likely to act as an informal resource for service providers and has no supervisory responsibilities. Identifies key problem areas and establish patterns from data.

How you will make an impact:

• Improving quality of deliverables at CT vendors so that they are aligned to the KPIs prescribed.
• Monitor CQA reports to ensure that stressed titles nominated for a CQA check reach the acceptable quality levels within the agreed upon time frame.
• Generate vendor reports on Quality Performance drilled down to production stages and article/ issue components
• Validate vendor procedures and processes in accordance with agreed SOW and other Wiley performance metrics.
• Validate vendor Feedback analysis and Corrective and Preventive Measures for escalations received.
• Reporting on quality health check of vendors that would feed into the Vendor Scorecards.
• Feedback analysis of critical and time sensitive feedback
• Driving quality at source at vendors

Who you are:

• Bachelor s Degree
• 2+ years publishing industry experience in a Quality function
• Understanding of journal specifications, stylesheets and industry standards
• Should be flexible working in shifts.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel & Access Database skills, particularly the creation of vlookups, pivot tables and macros
• Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships
