What we are looking for:

A detail-oriented Product Leader with vast B2C Online Learning platform experience and a strong knowledge of Higher Education Landscape and academic curriculums. The person should understand and supports sales channels; trains them on the problems we solve for our learners & partners; develop relevant toolkits and collaterals

How you will make an impact:

• Product development with a problem first, data-driven, test & iterative approach
• Collecting user feedback and information from other teams to identify priority areas for product development.
• Design and understand user journeys.
• Maintaining a prioritized content roadmap with Industry and Partner Faculty buy-ins.
• Manage the cross-functional execution of the product roadmap, working closely with technology, customer and business teams.
• Market research on subject growth areas and capacity expansion, test hypothesis, analyse results to come up with scalable models
• Understand the market and customer business problems and translate those into product requirements and road map
• Create a measurement methodology to determine program effectiveness and to inform future investment areas
• Ensures local coordination between marketing, channel partner and Media teams to devise and execute product marketing plan.

Who you are:

• Preferred background in Engineering/ STEM disciplines
• 7-10 years of product experience in L&D or Higher Education Technology
• Demonstrated ability to turn customer needs and pain points into innovative products
• Effective problem Solving and cost-effective implementation of development process
• Ability to design, conduct and evaluate post learning outcomes using impactful evaluation methods
• Domain knowledge of Emerging Technologies to develop specifications of course content
• Domain expertise in delivering experiential learning
• Works with teams to ensure a smooth product project execution adhering to timelines
