Job Description #Hiring For JobDost, Tech enabled Recruitment Platform - promoted by Jetsynthesys Location: Pune Ambitious, young, energetic & target-oriented professional to create & apply an effective business & sales strategy. Develop & create strong relationships with clients to drive sustainable financial growth. Relevant Sales / BD experience in Recruitments / Placements. Responsibilities: Take ownership of Sales & BD Identify Clients to generate Business opportunities. Develop new relationships. Think critically & plan for success. On-board Companies, sign-off & generate job orders. Close Business deals by coordinating requirements; develop & negotiate contracts; and integrate contract requirements with business operations. Maintain client & analyse data Track Sales & Revenue, invoices records etc. Qualification: Master's Degree / MBA from a Premium Institution 2-6 years' prior industry related Experience in Sales, BD, Placements, Payroll, Recruitment Services, Space Selling in Job Portals. Skills: Strong communication / interpersonal skills Strong Market knowledge of Tier 1 Companies (start-ups, etc.) Sales target oriented - Focused & goal-oriented Computer Skills, Customer Service, Presentation, Prospecting & Closing Skills Ability to work under pressure & deliver results. Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies Remuneration: At par with Industry along with Incentives. Benefits of initial member of start-up.
