Job Summary
Responsibility :
PreparingQuality ControlPlan with reference of Drawings, Quotes & Client specifications as per customer s
& coderequirements.
Receipt inspection ofinward Raw materialsas per PO,TDC & ReviewMaterialTest Certificates against
applicablecode, Specification, TDC.
Carry out inspection of Raw materiallikePlates, Pipes, FittingsandTubes etcat vendor place and to ensure
vendorsqualitysystems.
Carry out inspection at sub-contractors placeforHeattreatment,Machining, Dish endforming, Rolling,
Dimensioninspection at various stages.
Performing stage wisefabricationinspection as specifiedinQuality Control Plan in conjunction with
Drawings, Codes, Standards and Client specification.
Preparing all Quality related documents, compiling Quality dossier andreviewit fromAuthorized
Inspector / ThirdParty Inspector.
Dealing with TPI (Third PartyInspector) HSB,IRS,LRA, BVIS,TUV, DNV, RINA,SGS, EIL, NTPC etc. &
AI (ASME AuthorizedInspector) forjobrelatedinspection and testing as per QCP.
Monitoring of the correctwelding consumableand qualifiedwelder are being utilizedin line with the
requirement of WPS.
Knowledge ofASMEcode
Knowledge ofvarious welding processlikeSMAW, GTAW,SAW & FCAW,
Interpretationand evaluate resultsas ofLiquidPenetrantTestingas per approved procedure and Code
requirements.Knowledge ofMPI & RTTesting.
RaiseNon-conformityduring stageinspectionifany discrepancy.
Participate in ASMEaudit as aQualityControl Engineer &NDTLevelII inPT
Alsoparticipate in ISO 9001 audit
