Job Summary Job Role:This role is responsible for after-sales service Technicians (ITI/Diploma Technicians)

Daily Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate service revenue for the Company of Annual Maintenance Contracts.
  • Assure accuracy and appropriateness of Annual Maintenance Contract documentation and attachments.
  • Set-up new Annual Maintenance Contracts; terminate expired Annual Maintenance Contracts and general maintenance of active contracts.
  • Maintain excellent relations with the customers and maintain close communications and co-ordination with principal team representatives
  • Independently troubleshoot and solve technical problems and service issues at customer site
  • The job demands Field Work, Travel and Customer contact.
Working Days and Timings:Monday to Saturday & normal office timing from 9:15 am to 6:00 pm.


Requirements


  • Education Requirement: ITI / Diploma/ Degree in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering
  • Key Skills: Maintenance of UPS, Battery, Inverter, Customer Service, Client Relation, Supervision
  • Experience Requirement: 2 years and Above
