Job Summary Job Description:
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding and continuous learning programs
  • Coach and provide feedback to learners
  • Monitor, report and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and continually adjust programs as per demand
  • Support the development and delivery of learning content and programs utilizing various delivery methods including instructor-led (virtual and non-virtual), self-study, e-learning, and blended learning formats on a variety of product/process specific topics
  • Provide support for large scale change initiatives
  • Partner with subject matter experts to create high-impact training materials specific to job function
  • Support training needs for product releases and preparation of training material related to updates
  • Support training administrative functions
