Job Summary Job Description:

Facilitate new hire onboarding and continuous learning programs
Coach and provide feedback to learners
Monitor, report and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and continually adjust programs as per demand
Support the development and delivery of learning content and programs utilizing various delivery methods including instructor-led (virtual and non-virtual), self-study, e-learning, and blended learning formats on a variety of product/process specific topics
Provide support for large scale change initiatives
Partner with subject matter experts to create high-impact training materials specific to job function
Support training needs for product releases and preparation of training material related to updates
Support training administrative functions
