Job Summary
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handling overseas accounts (Nominations)
- Getting cargo approval from agent,
- Sending pre-alerts and sailing advice.
- Preparation of Carting order, Stuffing plan, Load list, Container Load Plan, Profit share.
- Coordinating with shippers, CHA, Co-loaders, Shipping Company and operational staff.
- Timely system updates (Jeena / Agents).
- Follow up with the shipping line for D/O.
