Engineer Metallurgy Job in Jayem Automotives

The selected consultant will be required to support for

• Making test fixtures for testing of trim parts for environmental test
• Making test coupons / specimen for adhesive and sealant testing and material testing
• Sending fixtures / BIW to outsourced locations
• Maintenance of the Facility for Environmental Simulation Testing & Analysis (FESTA)
• Monitoring Environmental Test Chambers

• Should be able to interpret the test standards / work instructions
• Knowledge on dimension measurement and analysis
• Able to work on windows based software for monitoring / tracking
• Able to assemble / dis-assemble parts on fixtures and have knowledge about tools and hardware
• Basic knowledge of making fixtures and rig monitoring
• Support for testing & validation of trim parts
