Job Description

Manage and own outcomes of market research projects from commissioning to invoice. Exceed client expectations through flawless delivery.

• Take on high visibility/complex projects
• Coordinate internal resources for project support
• Provide guidance and troubleshoot project challenges at all stages
• Consult with clients to leverage experience and knowledge to assist in meeting the research objectives
• Communicate project updates and status in a responsive and consultative manner throughout project

• Experience of Analytics tool to enrich Mobile Apps

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Coral Draw and other visual design tools
• Experience in communicating with clients in various ways
• Knowledge about the development and design of online sites
• Ability to manage many different jobs and meet deadlines consistently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to plan projects around the customer s requirements
