About the Role:
This role is basically designed to provide training to Freshers and then onboard them on our Payroll.
Qualification needed for this role : BE/B.Tech/ BCA with MCA ( CS or ECE ) 60% score and above will be considered, must have already undergone basic certification / training on Java/J2EE/Dot net / Testing / C Language
We JRD Systems will provide Technology Based Training on both: On-The-Job & Off-The-Job
During the Training candidate will be given stipend of: INR 10000 Per Month ( deduction of PT & TDS is applicable )
The Duration of the Training: 6 Months (subject to extension if performance needs improvement)
Training Evaluation Process:
if the candidate do not successfully qualify in the stage by stage evaluation process, the training will come to an end
If the candidate performs well and successfully qualifies in the stage by stage evaluation process, candidate will be onboarded on the company payroll after the completion of training.
