Job Summary Position Summary
  • We are currently looking for an experienced, highly motivated Human Resource Manager to oversee all staff related procedures, and craft HR strategies in alignment with our company requirements.
  • The Human Resources Manager has to oversee the daily operation of the Human Resources Department.
  • Responsible for areas of Recruiting, Employee Relations, Payroll management and other employee-related tasks.
  • HR Manager responsibilities will include recruiting and training new hires, managing employee data, staff retention and motivation.
  • To be successful in this role, you should have good knowledge of labour laws and experience hiring employees for various roles and seniority
  • levels.
  • Ultimately achieving a work culture where the employees feel engaged, motivated and productive.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Design hiring plans for all hotel departments based on seasonal needs.
  • Interview and assess job candidates.
  • Monitor employee working and attendance schedules including paid time off, breaks etc.
  • On boarding new hires.
  • Organize training programs for all hotel employees / departments on regular basis, and conduct orientation for all new recruits.
  • Continually assesses employee morale by analysing absenteeism and turnover records, punctuality and employee retention.
  • Coordinate, control and inspect staff accommodation, staff canteen, rest rooms etc. ensuring it is of the highest possible standard of cleanliness and comfort.
  • Encourages a good standard of employee conduct and behaviour and coordinates disciplinary procedure as and when necessary.
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous in demanding situations.
  • Support operational efforts through proper staffing and training of associates.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with staff and ensure any employee grievances are monitored and resolved.
  • Develop and maintain confidential, departmental, personnel and associated files, documents, pay scale details and/or other important databases.

Prerequisites & Skills

  • At least 4 to 5 Years experience as HR Manager in Hotel Industry, preferably in 3-4 star hotels.
  • Bachelors degree or Master's degree in Human Resource Management or Hotel Management.
  • Proficient in HR & Payroll management and MS Office.
  • Good knowledge of labour laws related to the industry.
  • Excellent communication, and management skills
  • Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills.
  • Good leadership skills.
