Job Description

• Minimum 5+ years IT experience in SAP Implementation and Support with at least 2 implementations and 2 Support projects.
• Sound knowledge of SD module. Should be well versed with Inquiries, Quotes, Sales Orders, Sales Return, Consignment Contract, Scheduling Agreements, Credit Debit Memo requests, Rush Orders Cash Sales, Back Orders etc.
• Proficient development, designing and implanting on SAP SD, HANA, S4.
• Candidate should have hands-on experience on of Sales Processes and SD Sales, Shipping, Billing, Pricing, Credit Management, Outputs, & Basic Functions. Experience in preparation of functional specs for development objects.
• Interacting with end-user and taking their inputs for any new requirements
• Experience of SAP ECC 6.0 and above.
• Must be familiar with standard practices like ITIL, SDLC, PRINCE2.
• Experience in getting business requirements and turning them to meaningful requirements
• Experience in MM Module. Understanding of the SAP ECC best practices

Knowledge &Skills:

• Experience in SAP ECC
• Should have experience of Integration with other SAP modules like PS, MM, FI and CO.
• Knowledge of Tables used in SD and MM module to help Technical resource for reporting /change requirement Should be aware of ASAP methodology.
• Should be hands on with ECC.
• Excellent Client interaction, communication and Documentation skills.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Should be familiar with Incident handling, Change Management.
• Must be familiar with standard practice like ITIL, SDLC
• Must be highly customer focused and understand the customer's service requirements.
• Must have good academic records.
