Job Description Configuring data for Oracle Opera PMS, S&C, ORS and SFA Ask relevant questions for diagnosing troubleshoot the procedural challenges/errors. Ability to communicate effectively with management and hotel users. Experience with support management/ticket management Good command over communication skills for discussing support processes, issues and status reports with stakeholders. Review the suspended messages in Central Reservation System and take corrective actions. Monitor and troubleshoot data transmission and integrity between the central reservation system and all interfaced property management systems. Experience in tracking customer issues through to resolution and providing regular status reports to customers and internal teams. Walk customers through the recommended problem-solving steps and prepare incident reports when required. Good problem-solving, analytical, and logical troubleshooting skills Maintain and enforce guest privacy and security of personal information by monitoring incoming profile changes from the properties. Analyse the changes made in guest profile and their impact on the connected applications. Working knowledge of Oracle Opera PMS, ORS and S&C Manage and participate in building knowledgebase. Work with customers over email and phone to ensure that support service expectations are exceeded. Willing to work in shifts and be contactable on an on-call basis to assist team for support queries.
