Job Summary
QA Manager
Experience required in QA 10 Years to 15years - Must be located in Pune, and have experience managing QA teams on software projects
Responsibilities
- To improve business operations and process efficiency
- Communicate with internal and external partners on progress and receive feedback
- To develop, evaluate, and revise project processes
- Coordinate with different QA streams for project implementation
- Provide stakeholders and senior management with regular progress reports
- Creating and publishing weekly or monthly reports Qualifications
Skills We Are Seeking:
- Minimum 5+ years experience of managing teams
- Minimum 2 years experience as QA individual contributor role
- Minimum 1 year exposure to implementing automation testing in projects
- Minimum 1 year as QA team lead
- Must be able to meet deadlines promised to Clients
- Should have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication skills are a must
- Desire to take initiative and be a self- starter
- Good to have experience in HRMS domain
Education
Any Graduate, Postgraduate - Any Specialization, Graduation/Post Graduation Not Required
