Job Summary
Job role :
Center operations:
- Ensure Safety and Hygiene of students as a top priority
- Cleanliness of center at all time
- Manage day-to-day activities at a preschool
- Responsible for curriculum implementation across all classes
- Monthly meeting with parents and staff to discuss students progress
- Prepare and maintain attendance, activity, planning, accounting, and records for school
Acquisition of new business:
- Accountable for conversion of new admissions
- Maintenance of attrition to a minimal percentage
- Human resource management:
- Assist and supervise teaching and nonteaching staff
- Training of teachers and administrative staff
- Regular evaluation of performance for teaching and non teaching staff
Minimum qualification requirement
Preferred - Located in Gachibowli
Experience Required :
2 to 3 Years
