Job Summary
Role Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area. Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance. Manage the sales team for sales growth and revenue enhancement Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends. Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence. Responsibilities Understand prospective application requirements, identify suitable product offerings, explain product features and benefits to prospective customers, finalize terms of sale as per authorization limits. Responsible for New Business Development via prospecting, qualifying, selling and giving proper weekly presentation to management. Execute various promotional activities such as customer meets and make friendly environment with customers. Conducts one-on-one and group sales presentations. Competencies Good Technical knowledge of the Smart Card. Customer relationship management skills. Networking skills. Negotiation Skills.
