Area Field Marketing Manager -guwahati Job in Ipl Biologicals Limited

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to achieve sales and growth targets in the Guwahati region.
2. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and prioritize key market opportunities, and provide support to drive lead generation activities.
3. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and industry stakeholders to promote and educate them about our products and services.
4. Organize and participate in relevant industry events, conferences, and trade shows to increase our brand presence and generate leads.
5. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
6. Provide regular reports and updates on marketing activities, sales performance, and competitor activities to the management team.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or related field. A master's degree is preferred.
2. Proven experience in marketing or sales in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
3. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to work independently with a high level of initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
5. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
6. Willingness to travel within the assigned region and occasionally nationally for industry events and meetings.
