Job Summary
  • Customer Assistance:

    • Listen to customers' concerns and questions regarding their vehicles and provide informative and helpful responses.
  • Service Scheduling and Coordination:

    • Schedule service appointments based on the availability of service bays and customer preferences.
    • Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely completion of vehicle repairs and maintenance.
  • Vehicle Inspection and Documentation:

    • Conduct initial inspections of vehicles to identify necessary repairs and maintenance.
    • Document customer concerns and vehicle details accurately for the service department.
  • Cost Estimations and Quotations:

    • Provide customers with accurate cost estimates for necessary repairs and maintenance.
    • Explain the scope of work and associated costs to customers, ensuring transparency and understanding.
  • Upselling and Service Recommendations:

    • Suggest additional services or maintenance based on the vehicle's condition and manufacturer recommendations.
    • Educate customers about the benefits of recommended services to enhance their vehicle's performance and longevity.
  • Communication and Follow-up:

    • Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles during the service process.
    • Follow up with customers after service to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns they may have.
  • Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
    • Address customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Administrative Tasks:

    • Handle administrative duties such as invoicing, payment processing, and maintaining accurate service records.
  • Experience Required :
