Job Summary
CRM System Management:
- Administer and customize our CCE system to meet the specific needs of our organization.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and security of customer data within the CCE.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into customer behavior and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies based on data-driven insights.
Customer Segmentation:
- Segment our customer base to tailor marketing campaigns, communications, and services to different customer groups.
- Develop and maintain customer personas to guide marketing and sales efforts.
Customer Engagement:
- Develop and execute strategies to engage customers at various touchpoints, including email, social media, and events.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure a unified approach to customer engagement.
Training and Support:
- Train employees on CCE system usage and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support to team members using the CCE system.
Customer Feedback:
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in products and services.
- Advocate for customer needs within the organization.
