Job Summary
  • CRM System Management:

    • Administer and customize our CCE system to meet the specific needs of our organization.
    • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and security of customer data within the CCE.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities.
    • Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into customer behavior and satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Customer Segmentation:

    • Segment our customer base to tailor marketing campaigns, communications, and services to different customer groups.
    • Develop and maintain customer personas to guide marketing and sales efforts.
  • Customer Engagement:

    • Develop and execute strategies to engage customers at various touchpoints, including email, social media, and events.
    • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure a unified approach to customer engagement.
  • Training and Support:

    • Train employees on CCE system usage and best practices.
    • Provide ongoing support to team members using the CCE system.
  • Customer Feedback:

    • Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in products and services.
    • Advocate for customer needs within the organization.
