Job Summary

Workshop Operations Management:

Plan and organize workflow to meet repair and maintenance schedules and optimize productivity.
Supervise and coordinate all activities within the workshop, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.

Team Leadership and Development:

Lead a team of technicians and mechanics, providing guidance, coaching, and support to enhance their skills and performance.
Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
Promote a positive work culture that fosters teamwork, collaboration, and a strong sense of ownership among the workshop staff.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure the delivery of high-quality repair and maintenance services to customers, adhering to industry standards and company specifications.
Implement quality control measures to identify and rectify any issues or defects in the repair processes.

Customer Service:

Collaborate with the customer service department to ensure timely and effective communication with clients regarding repair status and estimated completion times.
Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly, striving to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Inventory and Resource Management:

Manage workshop inventory, spare parts, and equipment to ensure an adequate supply for repair and maintenance tasks.
Coordinate with the procurement team to source quality spare parts and materials from approved vendors.

Budgeting and Cost Control:

Prepare and manage the workshop's budget, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising on service quality.
Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures wherever possible.
