Intro: Seeking a Technical Manager, a Microsoft Business Central (BCE) expert, to collaborate with in-house teams, create extensions, and drive process enhancements. Your role also involves leading a global BCE implementation project and bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. Some of the things you ll be doing: Experience in Business Central and NAV as a technical SPOC. Working with in-house accountants and technical teams to create extensions and integrations as required Actively working on identifying and improving processes and improving overall STP Working on In-House implementation project in Business Central across 25 different countries. Participate in a techno-functional capacity, analysing the requirements of Business users. What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need? Bachelor s degree in computer science/engineering or master s in computer applications (MCA) 3yrs+ of experience in Microsoft Business Central. Hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics Navision, particularly in migration and upgrade projects Strong programming knowledge in CAL/AL with proficiency in development of Tables, Forms, Pages, Dataports, Codeunits, Queries etc Good understanding of business requirements gathering, business process analysis, Business Process Modelling, and business analysis. Extensive experience working with customization packs from Microsoft and other vendors Experience in working with job queues and dimensions. SQL Server and database programming knowledge is a plus PowerBI and/or Power Automate knowledge is a plus Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of team. Ability to work with minimum guidance. Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task and thrive in an ambiguous environment. Strong attention to detail.
