Your responsibilities would include-Designing functional, precise and consistent mockups for major product featuresWorking closely with the product, business, and design teams to develop elegant design solutions to improve the overall user experience on the platformIncreasing the impact of branding campaigns and other web page pages through creative designsEnsuring very high quality of all the products that we deployLeading a team of product designers (leading projects, reviewing designs and evaluating performance)You will get-A shot at building something truly disruptive and a chance to really make a difference by designing products that will impact millions of lives for the betterAwesome colleagues & a fun work environmentA chance to really make a difference by creating products that will impact millions of lives for better You fit the bill if-You have 3-5 years of product design experience in a product-based companyYou have the ability to think from first principles and are able to solve problems in a creative mannerDetails that matter to you - Every time you visit a website or an app, you notice the tiniest details about its interface and experience and think of how it could have been designed betterYou have an impeccable design sense backed by an impressive design portfolio (prior UI/UX projects would be a big plus)You are a pro at using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator)You have led a team of designers in the past Location- Gurgaon (Scholiverse Educare Pvt. Ltd. B-610, Unitech Business Zone, Nirvana Country, South City 2, Gurgaon, India - 122018) Compensation-INR 12 LPA - 15 LPA Start date-Immediately
