Today, interface.ai provides an out-of-the-box AI Assistant that acts as a Personal Bank Teller to help customers 24x7 through every step of the journey from a prospect to a customer. It is used by several financial institutions (FIs) across 5 countries spanning millions of conversations. Our customers have already witnessed over $50M+ ROI in just under 12 months.

Our vision is to put an AI-powered Personal Banking Assistant in everyone's pocket that not only helps with day-to-day banking needs but also helps with financial education to help each individual achieve financial wellness.

As an Account Executive handling the Eastern Region of the United States, you will be:

  • Driving revenue and growth for the organization in the Eastern States of the US by increasing sales through all possible channels

  • The States you will be managing are -

Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Michigan, Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, Connecticut, Delaware, Rhode Island


  • Persistently sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails

  • Understanding customer needs and requirements and demonstrates the value in the first interaction

  • Building meaningful, consultative, and value-added relationships

  • Managing multiple qualified opportunities simultaneously through the sales process and closure

  • Closing sales and achieve quarterly and annual quotas

  • Performing and lead effective online and in-person presentations and meetings

  • Identifying opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell

  • Preparing and presenting reports on KPIs



Requirements

  • Are extremely self-motivated

  • Have the ability to learn quickly

  • Are passionate about the possibilities at the intersection of AI + Banking

  • Have worked in a startup of 5 to 30 employees

  • Have outstanding problem-solving abilities

  • Have 10+ years of experience as a Sales Account Executive selling in the Fintech and BFSI domain

  • Love finding new business opportunities and manage relationships with existing clients

  • Have good negotiation skills

  • Have knowledge of Sales CRMs

  • Have a sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company s success

  • Acclimatize and adapt quickly; willing to be part of our ambitious growth plans

  • A passion for working within the high-growth Fintech AI space and be part of a fast-paced team

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills

  • Enthusiastic and passionate
