Job Summary Key Responsibilities:

1. Opportunity Identification:

- Regularly walk through client sites to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for IT solutions.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges.

2. Solution Development:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and propose tailored IT solutions that address client-specific issues.

- Ensure solutions align with the company s capabilities and strategic goals.

3. Customer Workshops:

- Organize and lead regular workshops and training sessions with clients to demonstrate new technologies and solutions.

- Gather feedback during workshops to refine and improve solutions.

4. Account Management Revenue Target:

- Jointly carry a quarterly revenue target with the Account Managers

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of assigned accounts to identify new business opportunities.

- Work closely with the Sales/ Account Managers to expand service offerings and drive revenue growth from existing clients.

5. Business Development:

- Actively contribute to business development strategies by identifying trends and insights from client interactions.

- Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other documentation for client engagements.

6. Performance Tracking:

- Monitor and report on the success of implemented solutions and client satisfaction.

- Use data and analytics to make informed recommendations for continuous improvement.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT consulting, solutions management, or a similar role.

- Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to conduct effective workshops and presentations.

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Ability to travel to client sites as needed.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in similar roles in the BFSI industry

- Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry.

- Project management experience and certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
