Are you a highly organized and efficient executive assistant looking for a new opportunity? We're currently seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to support the Founders' Office team.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to the Founders, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and coordinating travel arrangements. You will also serve as a liaison between the Founders and internal teams, and assist with special projects as needed.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the Founders, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Serve as a liaison between the Founders and internal teams, ensuring timely communication and follow-up
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proactively manage the Founders' calendar and schedule to optimize their time
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Proven ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
