Job Purpose:

The Senior SEO Expert will be responsible for leading and executing the search engine optimization (SEO) strategy for our Information Technology Services company. The candidate will have experience in a similar industry and will have displayed proven expertise in helping websites rank on top of Google search results through on-page, off-page, technical SEO and keyword research. Knowledge and experience in paid marketing on social media, Google, LinkedIn, etc. is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase website traffic, search engine rankings, and revenue growth
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for optimization
• Optimize website structure, meta tags, content, and other on-page elements to improve search engine rankings
• Develop and execute off-page optimization strategies such as link building, social media promotion, and content marketing
• Monitor, analyse, and report on website traffic, search engine rankings, and other SEO metrics
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless SEO process
• Continuously monitor and stay current with search engine algorithms and best practices
• Manage SEO budget and ensure all SEO initiatives are cost-effective

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a SEO role, ideally within the Information Technology Services industry
• Strong track record of achieving SEO goals and driving website traffic and revenue growth
• Hands On knowledge on SEO tools like Semrush/Ahrefs/RankMath/Yoast etc.
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and keyword research
• Experience with paid marketing on social media, Google, LinkedIn, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
