Job Summary

Summary:

  • Must have 1-4 Years of Technical Experience in Dynamics CRM
  • Strong Knowledge of end-to-end implementations
  • Should have worked on CRM 2011/2013/2015/2016 versions
  • Working experience on latest version is preferred

Development Skills:

  • CRM forms and fields, views, Sub-grids, sitemap navigation, Ribbon, Relationships, Business Rules, Business Workflow.
  • XRM Scripting with CRM Forms.
  • CRM Dashboard, Charts, and reports Development.
  • Understanding of Security Model of CRM.
  • Experience developing plug ins and interfaces with other systems.
  • CRM Custom workflows and Actions development
  • Knowledge of CRM SDK and Developers Toolkit
  • Aware of mobility in MS CRM and access of MS CRM via Outlook Online and Offline.

Design Skills:

  • Configure the application to meet a client s requirements using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customization Tool, Workflow Tool, or SDK.
  • Understand the functional capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality as well as custom code
  • Identify creative workarounds to meet requirements without the development of custom code.
  • Estimation of tasks.
  • Able to articulate and understand the pain points of customer.
  • Knowledge of Licensing. o Setting up Product Catalogues and knowledge of Service Management with SLA.
  • Understanding of Sales cycle: From Lead to Opportunity to Quote to Order to Invoice.

Support Skills:

  • Develop solutions, identify bugs, resolve the issues bugs.
  • Provide technical support to existing CRM clients

  • Superior organizational, writing, interpersonal and communication skills, attention to details, ability to multi-task and meet deadline.
  • Candidate should be willing to travel onsite / offshore for short term/long term
  • Should be customer facing with excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Must have good communication skill

  • Hands on experience of analysis in a web development environment
  • Lead technical discussions with clients
