About the position: We are looking for a dynamic team member to strengthen and manage Intelehealth s on-field project operations in Gujarat/Odisha/Jharkhand. You will ensure smooth execution and monitoring of projects and be an effective representative of Intelehealth to local authorities, communities and other stakeholders. This position requires you to travel 90% of the time, to different project field sites on a rotational basis and stay there for as long as required for the project. Your Roles and Responsibilities: Coordinating with a diverse group of project stakeholders, including navigating the government ecosystem, NGO staff, frontline health workers, remote doctors and key community leaders. You will ensure the smooth implementation of the project on ground by building the trust, managing expectations and coordinating with these groups. Support in conducting trainings, assisting in content development and logistics management Support project rollouts through intensive on-field support Develop a deep understanding of user needs for continuously gathering appropriate requirements for the improvement of our platform Get feedback from our platform users regarding its usability and performance Supportive supervision for end users to understand the system, identify or resolve software bugs, and report issues to the appropriate channels Conduct baseline and needs assessment, monitoring of project activity and providing logistical support during periodic evaluations Prepare field reports and maintaining project documentation Support with data analysis and ensure that the information gathered by our platform usable and meaningful Provide other support to project manager Requirements You Have: Qualifications and Experience: BSW or Bachelors degree in relevant field 2-4 years of work experience in the field preferred, freshers may apply Prior experience working in the public health sector is preferred Experience in working with information and communication technology (ICT) projects is preferred Skills: Fluency in Hindi, Gujarati and English is a strong asset Execution and outcome focused Ability to work in multi-stakeholder environments and community and stakeholder management Outstanding proactive oral and written communication skills Self-guided, reliable and resourceful Ability to wear multiple hats, is well organised and detail oriented Strong desire to make a social impact This job might be good for you if: You are willing to relocate and travel 90% of the time You are a creative and passionate self-learner who loves taking on new challenges You love solving problems & digging for creative solutions if you don t the answer to a problem You are meticulous & pay attention to details.
