Key Requirements

• Candidates must have minimum 3.5 years of relevant experience in service now - experience on ITSM , serviceportal knowledge custom applications and HRSD module experience

  • Experience on ITSM
  • Experience in serviceportal knowledge custom applications
  • Experience in HRSD module
  • Good coding knowledge
  • Experience implementing service portals with in ServiceNow
  • Extensive knowledge of JAVA Script, Angular JS, HTML, CSS
• ServiceNow platform development
• ServiceNow application
• Experience with release/version upgrades including scheduling cloning and migration of data from instances with ServiceNow
• End-to-End Service Catalog development and complex workflows
• Defines and documents procedures for processes and workflows
• Integration of disparate systems using SOAP and REST APIs
• Mid-Server Configuration
• Creation of Web Service for data integration
• Additional duties as assigned and defined by management
• Configuration experience in following modules on dedicated as well as shared instances (IM, CM, PM, SRM, KM, Release Management, Event Management, Configuration Management and Asset Management)
