Roles and Responsibilities

UI/UX Designer is responsible for the visual, navigation, and interaction design for leading-edge web solutions and mobile applications. Applies user-centred design methods to translate user needs, business objectives and technology capabilities into best-in-class user experiences.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Solving design challenges and producing high-quality UX and visual design solutions
• Design for simplicity and ease of use
• Create simple data visualizations, both interactive and static
• Design both web and native mobile apps. Establish design conventions that go across devices.
• Strong communication skills that enable smooth work style with other designers, stakeholders, product managers, technology teams & other teams
• Produce detailed guidelines that explain interactions and product experiences
• Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis
• Determine information architecture and sitemaps
• Conduct usability testing
• Optimize existing user interface designs
• Expert use of design tools; Adobe Xd & adobe suite or any other design tools
