What we are looking for?
- Min 8 years' experience in leading complex and transformation IT programs
- Experience leading and running a mix of IT/Business projects and programs
- Prior experience in leading similar programs in Process Automation.
- Exposure and experience to Process Automation tools such as Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism and UiPath will be seen as a strength.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing RPA solutions using Automation tools, is a big plus
- Experience working as a business PM with technical background
- Experience running projects that interact with business efficiency/automations tools such as VBA Macros, is a plus
- Leadership skills to inspire coworkers to attain goals and pursue excellence
- Management skills to manage staff and help attain sales and growth targets.
- Ability to complete projects on time and within budget
- Experience with project planning, managing and documenting tools
- Experience in one or more of the following: C/C++, C#, Java, XML, Unix / Linux, Windows Admin, or Embedded Software Development
Supervision Responsibilities:
- Works with limited direction and oversight
- Provide supervision and direction to team members and staff
What would be your responsibilities?
- Independently manage end-to-end execution of multiple RPA projects, varying in size and complexity
- Governance of - Prioritization, RPA roadmap, and Delivery across automation projects, as well as ongoing Support and Maintenance Oversees and manages a small portfolio of projects related to a robotic process automation (RPA) and latest advances in this area.
- Lead, direct and manage resources to accomplish project objectives on time, within budget and to client expectations using standard project management tools, techniques and methods. Provide direct client interface and ensure service excellence delivery
- Manages resources, communications, and cost management of a small portfolio of projects with oversight
- Develop business case, business requirements, and business / third party vendor resource requirements for each requested RPA opportunity
- Conduct regular process automation review meeting and take care of administrative activities such as record creation, updating of statuses
- Monitor and report issues and risks, as well as their mitigation, related to RPA implementation with IT, business, and third party vendors
- Evaluate existing RPA tools and new third party vendors to provide recommendations to leadership regarding most feasible RPA tools to address defined priorities
- Define and maintain governance for RPA development methodology, testing practices/standards, and adoption of all automated processes using RPA tools
- Provide input to Strategic Roadmap ensuring RPA opportunities are prioritized along with other business initiatives
- Advise and consult with other departments on production software issues, concerns, problems, and questions
- Creates project organization structure including identification of key project team members and their roles and develops and communicates the project plan to align project members and stakeholders.
- Conduct kick-off meeting with all key stakeholders in order to announce the start of the project and review the overall project plan and gain consensus.
- Work with clients in USA, Canada, Europe to manage manage from project inception to completion

- Ability to communicate with all levels within an organization
- Ability to identify barriers, resolve and/or escalate as appropriate Excellent technical team management skills with a passion for quality
- Experience with leading management tools such as GitHub
- Experience with project planning, managing and documenting tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal, and a professional attitude
- Strong technical comprehension and documentation writing skills
- Experience communicating with software developers on technical requirements, and translating highly technical topics to internal and external business customers
