Devops Lead Job in Inspirisys Solution Limited

Requirements / Responsibilities:

• Should have 10+ years of relevant experience
• Support our prospects/clients achieving the benefits that DevOps can offer
• Design and implement DevOps platform which covers the areas such as build automation, deployment automation, test automation, SDLC orchestration, environment management, monitoring, and production release procedures
• Supervise and develop junior DevOps team members and set up the delivery team
• Drive adoption of tools and practices as the client transitions to DevOps
• Should be proficient in Ruby / Python / Go programming languages and also proficient in Bash / Powershell scripting languages
• Should have 10+ years of experience in infrastructure operations (Servers, storage, and virtualization)
• Should have experience in creating jobs, configuration of pipelines, configuring runners / slaves / build nodes, troubleshooting of job failures, and declarative pipelines (Jenkins)
• Should have excellent knowledge of Git workflows & code versioning in a multi user/developer projects along with installation, configuration & administration of the CI tools
• Good in installation & administering the Linux / Unix / Windows OSs.
• Hands-on experience in writing cookbooks/manifests/playbooks to automate day-to-day operational tasks, should have demonstrable knowledge of working with & troubleshooting Chef or Puppet or Ansible configurations at scale & development best practices.
• Should have knowledge in installation, administration & troubleshooting the configuration management tools.
• Containerization (Docker) experience in working with Docker containers, writing Docker file, building images, Docker image versioning & tagging, interacting with Docker engine to manage images & containers.
• Should know about the installation and administration of container orchestration platforms like Docker Swarm, Kubernetes / Red Hat Openshift.
• Hands-on experience in working with automated infrastructure testing tools like Serverspec, Inspec or equivalent
• Good in understanding the Virtualization systems (e.g. VMWare, Xen, Hyper-V, VirtualBox)
• Installation & configuration of VMs and give support to various tools as required
• Having Cloud computing (AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure) knowledge is an added advantage
