Description :

• Product Development Manager is responsible for end-to-end product development which include understanding the stakeholders requirements, gaining nowledge on the product by doing research and development along with marketing and testing.

Responsibilities :

• Analyze business requirements and prepare documents for process flows
• Monitor efficient working of product development and ensure compliance to project plan
• Coordinate with team to resolve all issues and supervise meetings for same
• Administer product development and ensure completion within required timeframe
• Coordinate with product management team and perform product testing on various process
• Coordinate with stakeholders and product management teams and prepare required documents

Essential Duties :

• Creates a prototype of a new product in order to iron out flaws in the final design
• Presents new ideas to corporate executives in order to gain permission to develop product lines
• Prepares a cost analysis on the development of a new product
• Ensures that every phase of a particular project proceeds as scheduled
• Makes adjustments to a development plan whenever the current idea is not working well

Skill required :

• Required experience in Python, PHP, MySQL, JAVA and others
• Experience in ITSM related product development
• Infrastructure Domain Knowledge

Technical Skills :

• Should have good problem-solving abilities
• Should be able to troubleshoot issues and determine the cause of a plans success or failure
• Should stay current with the latest trends in ITSM, Infrastructure Domain, Product Development techniques
• Should keep up to date with changes in the market and technology that would affect
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable to work as per client requirements/time zones
• Should possess strong team handling experience
