Job Requirement Duties: Responsible for the execution of finite element analysis ranging from simple linear static analysis to complex non-linear static and linear response dynamic analysis work. Identify different structural failure modes and provide practical solutions to design and product engineers in a timely and cost effective manner. Utilize Hypermesh, Abaqus, Nastran, DATK, Team Center and finite element analysis software tools to perform duties. Perform linear and non-linear structural analysis on light fabrications and power trains of varied range of machines including Off Highway Trucks (OHT), Large Mining Trucks (LMT), Wheel Tractor Scrapers (WTS), Motor Graders (MG) and Medium Wheel Loaders (MWL); and perform modal analysis, G-load, VST, Welded Structures and Bolted Joint Analysis.
