Job Summary
  • Managing of Front Desk Operations.
  • Excellent Communication and inter personal skills.
  • Maintenance of inventory registers
  • Vendor management , Courier Management, Stationery management
  • Collecting Quotes, Negotiations, Bills follow ups, tracking of payments etc.
  • Processing bills (Stationery, Courier, Water etc.,) & documenting of all the bills
  • Coordinating the appointments and consultation time of the clients with the management and other employees of the organization.
  • Taking care of employee birthday celebrations, help in payroll , billing etc
  • Must be a pleasing and outgoing personality , coordinating well with the employees
  • Travel and Accommodation Management, Space Management.
  • Incoming and outgoing calls, keeping appointments, cancellations
