Key Responsibilities:

• As a software developer Embedded Devices, you develop the device portion of innovative solutions in the Internet of Things environment. Linux-based devices up to small devices with lightweight operating systems (FreeRTOS) or without a runtime system (16/32-bit microcontroller).
• Partners in the team are typically the developers of the cloud platform, in some cases the developers of the end-user applications (apps) and of course the hardware developers.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Completed degree in computer science or IT with 5+ years of professional experience.
• Very good knowledge of C, possibly C ++.
• Routine handling of Linux / POSIX.
• Ideally, already familiar with embedded environments (embedded Linux, FreeRTOS, microcontrollers, ...) or the willingness to get used to such environments quickly.
• Willingness to even take the soldering iron in the troubleshooting or optimization even in the hand.
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills
• Very good knowledge of English.
