Must Have

Microsoft SQL Capable
Able to write and maintain stored procedures used for programmatic business logic.
Microsoft Excel Advanced
Able to create well-structured and professionally styled reports

Preferred

MDX Capable
Able to write MDX statements for reporting
Microsoft SSAS Multi-Dimensional Capable
Able to maintain a SSAS cube, add dimensions, attributes and calculations.

General

Must Have

Accounting Advanced
Able to design, build and interpret P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow statements.
Understands the fundamentals of FP&A, particularly planning and forecasting processes.
Project Management Advanced
Employs effective project management techniques to ensure project outcomes are delivered on time and on budget
Able to estimate, manage, delegate and review assigned work

Other

Advanced problem solving
Able to communicate effectively with customers and peers to ensure on time, on budget, effective solution delivery

Important

Documentation Able to document Business Requirements and Technical Specifications for deployed solutions

Experience

At least 5 years of consulting experience in a relevant area
5 years of experience in an accounting role or supporting accountants
Has managed teams responsible for project delivery
