Job Summary

Innovspace is seeking a Client Services Specialist to join and play an important role in developing a great client relationship with our existing and prospective clients.

Innovspace is a professionally blended Coworking space and Business Accelerator in Coimbatore, offering a rich corporate work setup for Startups, Private companies, Freelancers, NGOs, CXOs, Business Consultants and Mainstream organisations at the most comfortable budget.

Responsibilities:

First point of contact for any enquiries from prospective or existing clients.
Responsible for sales of Co-working spaces and Event hall space.
Plan programs that promote good will and fosters relationships within entrepreneurial community.
Ensuring client satisfaction with periodic surveys and reviews
Organize promotional events, talks or presentations, write and edit newsletters and blogs.
Finding businesses willing to sponsor an event as part of their own community outreach program
Responsible for all marketing promotions including writing news releases to promote the event, help to design posters or brochures or pamphlets.
Responsible to establish contacts and long-term relationship with other similar organisations to partner with and offer programs that benefit Innovspace members like discounts, special rates etc.,
Other assignments given by supervisor.

Requirements

Require at least a bachelor s degree. Preferably in Marketing.
Excellent organization, communication skills necessary.
Strong inter-personal skills and ability to build rapport with customers is a must.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Hardworking with a strong work ethic.
Writing, editing and computer skills are also needed
