Roles and Responsibility JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Regional Sales Manager Grade Level : Job Type: Full Time Location: Delhi/NCR To manage North India team, Upper North, Jammu & Kashmir, Punjab Division : Reporting To : Vice President / GM - Sales Salary Band width : 12 16 lacs MAINDUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 1] To drive sales and do market research, identify prospects and generate leads, maintain database. 2] Coordination and follow ups. 3] Good rapport and tie up with Dealer Network/ Architect /Project 4] Account Management 5]Target the untapped segment and explore/build new markets. 6] Conduct team meetings and periodical reviews 7] Ready to travel 8] Meet the targets and deadlines. 9] Other tasks as directed Desired candidate QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Qualifications: Any Graduate from a recognized university. M.B.A. in Marketing from a recognized university. Experience: 10- 15 years of experience aged 35-45 years in a similar role/relevant industry from a Ceramic / Building material/Architect/ Interior Skills: Good Leadership quality. Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Smart, Presentable with Strong communication skills. Well Organised, Manage a team, and able to meet deadlines. Takes Initiatives.
