Job Summary

Responsibilities:

    Marketing

  • Planning for NSDC (New Skill Development Corporation)/ PMKVY (Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana) which Includes Project Finding, Project Proposal Preparation, Presentation, Follow up and Closure)
  • Branding & Marketing on all Government projects and follow up with Government Departments
  • Developing strategies to explore new regions to generate more business
  • Maintaining good relationships with Government, skill development ministry of NSDC/PMKVY etc.
  • To facilitate the process of developing networks at state level with strengthening district level units.
  • To Support Franchisee Center for Skill Development Projects
  • To Create New Center for PMKVY /NSDC
  • Liaisoning with PMKVY /NDSC Team etc.
  • Mobilising students for programs and related BD Activities

  • Operations

  • Manage, coordinate and supervise overall training programme by institute / Company.
  • Monitoring, evaluating and reporting on activities as per specifications
  • Liaise with government authorities / market partners and adhere to the commitments as per the MOU of respective project
  • Coordinate / Network with, government, funding agency & partner organizations for smooth functioning and prompt payments
  • Coordination and liasioning with assessment agency to ensure smooth conduct of assessments

  • People Management

  • Ensure delivery of project level targets from mobilization to handholding of candidates within stipulated time.
  • Hiring through local network for field team.
  • Inspiring, leading and managing teams effectively.

  • Compliance

  • Meeting requirements of internal and external stakeholders (NSDC)
  • Ensuring full compliance to laid down HR, Quality systems, Project and Company policies, monitoring and managing details on NSDC Portal.
  • Maintaining accounting standards in project and ensure 100% compliance in the region.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Should have Experience in handling Skill Development Training Projects
  • Graduate/Post-Graduate with 4-5 years of work experience, out of which 2-3 years should be of field work experience.
  • Very good communication and networking skills.
  • Fluency in local language is must.
  • Desire and ability to connect with local workers and youth.
  • Excellent team player with the ability to work in a collaborative and consultative manner
  • Must be Comfortable in Travelling
